To celebrate Baseball Week... there is an NRD field trip to catch a Bison's Game on Wednesday, August 5th. Youth must be enrolled in the AM or PM REC to attend; there is no AM/PM REC, AM Fitness, or After Hours on this day.Please be sure to pre-register for this activity as space is limited, refer to the program description for more info.This outing includes bus transportation from the ACS Main Lobby at 11am with an estimated return at 5pm. Participants should bring a labeled bag with water, sunscreen, lunch, $, etc.

The NRD Annual "Fun Run" will provide participants an entertaining event at Vet's Park.This year, all donations will support... The Newstead Food Pantry. Activities include a color run, obstacle course, over-sized slip-n-slide, park games (bag-go & kan jam), the ever popular gaga ball pit, a great playground, and fields for Flag Football! To participate in this event, a modest $5 donation is requested at sign-up. Additional donations are encouraged, and prizes will be awarded for top contributors!
