Multi-Media Consent


Multi-Media Consent:
The Recreation Department may have the opportunity to include your child's name and likeness in print and/or digital form (articles, photos, social media, videos, etc.) to publicize the program. During the check-out process you will be asked to check a box acknowledging your consent to use of pictures of your child while at recreation either on our website, in our promotional brochures or in the local newspapers.
