NRD Kid-Nastics provides an introduction to gymnastics for kids with an emphasis on SAFE - Safety, Attitude, Fun and Education.
The Kid-Nastics Program is a child-friendly version of gymnastics with balancing, climbing, jumping, rolling, tumbling, & more... exercises and movements commonly integrated into physical education classes and recreational activities and programs.
The NRD Kid-Nastics Program aims to simplify instruction into easy steps, organize content around central themes, increase mobility/movement, provide skill development and sequences, and require little or no spotting.
