Lifeguard Certification Course (Co-Ed, 15+)
The NRD will offer Lifeguard Certification Course(s) for individuals with a minimum age of 15 years.
The terms are as follows: Online Lesson - TBD / On-site Lesson - Saturday, November 7th, 8am-3pm.
Estimated costs are:
- New Lifeguarding Certifications:$225/registrant
- Recertification Options:
- CPR/AED/First Aid Only: $90/registrant
- Lifeguarding+ CPR/AED/First Aid: $125/registrant
Individuals completing NRD Lifeguard Certifcation and are employed/become employed by the Newstead Recreation Department are eligible for reimbursement.

For payment purposes, payment will be paid directly to the Instructor Karen Wozniak by venmo, cash, or check.
