In observation of the 2 major professional sports in Buffalo, the NRD offers a unique hybrid program.
Flag Football will run November/December followed by Floor Hockey in January/February.
For added flair, Ultimate Frisbee may be included somewhere in the mix.
NRD Staff/Volunteers serve as coaches & referees to promote SFL - Safety, Fun, and Learning!
Program terms: Grades, times, etc. are subject to change as extenuating circumstances dictate.
