In light of 2 major professional sports in Buffalo, this NRD hybrid program is open to Boys & Girls.
Flag Football will run November/December followed by Floor Hockey in January/February.
For added flair, Ultimate Frisbee may be included somewhere in the mix.
NRD Staff/Volunteers serve as coaches & referees to promote SFL - Safety, Fun, and Learning!
Program terms: Grades, times, etc. are subject to change as extenuating circumstances dictate.
