Dept. participants grow and develop as individuals and community members by being mindful of others and taking responsibility for their own actions… Participants are expected to conduct themselves accordingly and appropriately… Actions that violate the mission, core values, and the rights of others will be disciplined… Participants need to understand that if rules are broken, corrective measures will be taken…"
